招聘人数：1 人 POSITION SUMMARY The maintenance engineer are responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, repair, support new project commissioning, improving equipment reliability and modification and preventive maintenance of equipment, hands-on experience with power substation equipment, induction motors, protective relays, switchgear starters, PF compensation capacitor, MCC, UPS, VFD, transformers, generators, DC battery & charger system, transmitters, switches, analyzers, programmable controllers, DCS, PLC, level control systems, actuator and control valve, detector device, critical safety system, pay-meter systems…maintenance and troubleshooting, etc.　　 RESPONSIBILITIES　 Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements. Responsible for all Electrical equipment regular maintenance and repairing such as all transformer, electrical power supply system, MCC, motor driver and lighting etc. Responsible for all Electrical equipment regular maintenance and repairing such as all HV&MV&LV transformer, electrical power supply system, MCC, motor driver and lighting etc. Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, flow meter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, , etc. 　　 Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations. To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history reachable. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability. Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist. Reporting-Time entry weekly, and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports. 　　　 POSITION REQUIREMENTS 1.　　Educational: bachelor degree　　 2.　　The minimum working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical or textile/fiber industry manufacturing for the electrical engineer/technician’s position are 5 years hand on troubleshooting experience in the field at some areas of HV, MV, LV electrical system with basic skills of operation at MV, LV MCC,LV switchgear and generator etc and in performing electrical equipments PM tasks, familiar with electrical drawing and schematic presentations; The minimum working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical or textile/fiber industry manufacturing for the instrument/control engineer/technician’s position are 5 years hand on troubleshooting experience in the field at some areas of field instrumentation, valves, flow meter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, , etc with basic skills and knowledge in understanding control circuit, wiring and schematic drawing.　　 4.　　Hands-on work experience is a must.　　 5.　　Position will have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts.　　 6.　　Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable.　　 7.　　Attitude and passion for the work group assigned.　　 ·　　 Working Experience required: At least 5 years service experience in semiconductor industry. 　　 hand on troubleshooting experience in the field at some areas of MV, LV electrical system with basic skills of operation at MV, LV MCC, LV switchgear and generator etc, and in performing electrical equipments PM tasks, familiar with electrical drawing and schematic presentations; years hand on troubleshooting experience in the field at some areas of field instrumentation, valves, flow meter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, , etc with basic skills and knowledge in understanding control circuit, wiring and schematic drawing. 　　 Favorable hand on experience at least one of below electrical equipments: Transformers: ABB, Siemens; Switchgear systems: ABB, Siemens; GE; Moeller; Eaton; Boer; Motors: ABB, Siemens; GE; TECO; Elin; Other UPS and VFD control etc; Favorable hand on experience at least one of below instrument equipments: 　　 Field valves: Fisher, Samson, Jamesbury/Metso, Severn Glocon, Mapag, IR valve, NELES-JBURY, VERIFLO, FOXBORO,　　 Flowmeters;　　 Analyzers: THERMO, TELEDYNE, SERVOMEX, DELTA F, KONTROL, XENTAUR, GE Panametrics, ABB, Angilent, SIEMENS, SYSTECH, PMS, Peak, Drager, ANALOX, Michell, UHP LOX, Sensidyne, MSA, Hartmann&Braun; DCS/PLCs: Siemens, GE, ABB, Honeywell　　 Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable in English language. Be honest and able to work independently as well as in a team player.
