SHEQ Engineer

招聘人数：1 人 Purpose of the position ‐ Understand the legal regulation, industrial standards, Linde Group’s and INTEL’s management requirements on HSE. And make sure all of O&M activities in the plant is compliance with the rules ‐ Support site production and maintenance activities Principal responsibilities ‐ Understand the rules - Legal regulation, keep updated version in hand. And filter the clauses applicable to site. - Industrial standards, identify the suitable standards and be concentrated on the new published/changed. - Known about Linde PLC’s management requirements on HSE. - collect and sort out INTEL requirements on HSE, and keep it updated - Attend all necessary meetings, including but not limited to, government, customer, Linde or LLH, site. - Prepare the reports which needed from different parties. ‐ Compliance assurance - Make sure new requirements are implemented at the site effectively - Regularly review the existing system to ensure no significant missing ‐ License and certificate renew - Review the site license and people certificates monthly, and report the status to site manager as well - renew the certificate before deadline - Remind relevant employee to get the training in time for the due date certificate. - Maintain the relevant record ‐ Emergency tools management - Regularly inspection and make sure they are in good function. - Manage the mandatory test as needed - Maintenance the tools list and maintenance record ‐ Permit to work - Understand INTEL’s work permit program - Make sure site maintenance activities are compliance with INTEL requirements - Work with site other engineers together to get INTEL approval before work implementation - Field checking for the ongoing maintenance works and try to avoid the gaps at first time. - Archive the finished work permits monthly - Support relevant audit of internal or from customer side ‐ Meeting - Attend INTEL HSE meeting as required - Attend Internal HSE meeting as needed - Plan and organize the site HSE meeting - Attend site management meeting as needed - Attend meeting which call by government ‐ Reports and records - Customer required - Government required - Site Required - All the required records ‐ People training ‐ Training plan ‐ Training implementation based on the plan ‐ Safety relevant materials preparation ‐ Training records management ‐ Contractor management ‐ Contractor training ‐ Contractor assessment Key interfaces ‐ HSE team ‐ Procurement department ‐ Finance ‐ INTEL ‐ Contractor ‐ HR department ‐ Government Required critical behaviours (suggest ca. 9) - Well Personal development - Safety consciousness - Rigorous and analytical thinking - Clear logic - Focus on details - Team work Required key skills (functional/technical) ‐ Good computer skill ‐ Can read and write English email ‐ Effective presentation skill ‐ Well communication skill Required qualifications/experience ‐ Certified safety engineer ‐ At least 5- year experience on Hazards Chemical production ‐ At least 3 years safety management work ‐ Bachelor degree or above
